It is a registered Reformed, biblical, and evangelical Inter-Church organization. It is also a non-government, non-political, non-profit, and voluntary church and social development organization. “PAYRA Inter-Church Trust” was founded based on Micah 6:8, ‘He has shown you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.’ and to fulfill Articles
41.1 A and B of the constitution of Bangladesh. “PAYRA Inter-Church Trust” is a national ministry that is working among Christians [mostly MBC narrowed down.]. It was founded under the Societies Act and Trust Act. We are working through prayer, church, church engagement, fundraising, ministry grants, and volunteering. We also partner with people, organizations, and governments as we pursue our vision of a Bangladesh where all of us may get salvation and be a part of the kingdom of God. PAYRA Inter-Church Trust relies on church and ministry partnerships for support. As a way to show our appreciation to supporters, we have designed the Supporting Church & Ministry Program. Our goals are to mobilize local churches to transform lives and communities In the Name of Christ. PAYRA Inter-Church Trust strategically important activities related to development, which in turn, will facilitate the sustainable and equitable improvement of life, especially in education, Moral and social development, Religious rights, and disadvantaged population of the service areas in Bangladesh through their increased participation in the socio-economic, cultural and civic life of the country. Walking with Christians and people of other faiths from around the world can enhance the life, faith, and witness of the church. We would like to use the funds in the following areas:
1. Salvation for The Majority (STM): STM is our social media platform that is used to spread the Gospel. Our “life question” is this: How can we help you do what you are already doing [telling the Greatest Love Story Ever Told] BETTER than ever before! The return of Jesus Christ is imminent, which leads us to reflect on the number of individuals who have yet to establish a personal relationship with Him. Furthermore, Heaven is within proximity, and our objective is to spread awareness about salvation and the afterlife. Specifically, our focus is on reaching 93 percent of the Majority population in Bangladesh, the largest Muslim country globally. We present the truth clearly and transparently, utilizing effective strategies to touch people’s hearts. Although these approaches may deviate from previous methods, we should not let criticism impede our progress. Let us maintain an open mindset and persevere. We post about salvation and eternal life from scriptures by using Arabic terms. We answer the questions of the seekers. This group represents the largest number of unreached people on the planet. Over 37,000 die without the gospel every day. Not only do they enslave over a billion who have never heard the gospel, but more and more traditionally Christian nations are seeing a sharp increase in the number of this group living around them. They are the biggest challenge for the church today both on the mission field and in our local neighborhood. Not only is it the biggest challenge for Christianity in our generation, but it is the fastest-growing challenge. This group is even the fastest-growing in the World. In Bangladesh, they are 94% of the total population. Every one of them Needs to Know the Love of God, the Power of God, and the Truth of the Gospel. In this regard, STM is trying to share the gospel among Bangladeshi Majorities uniquely. We have an online systematic study series called “Walking with Paul through the New Testament by his Life and Pen”.
2. Gospel Reformation Cell (GRC): We are fulfilling the Great Commission locally, globally, and cross-culturally through the GRC. We will pay for evangelistic and missionary work, including logistic expenses for meetings and training (Acts 18:5; Philippians 4:15, 6; 1 Corinthians 9:4-11). We will deploy more people in ministry and develop more servant-leaders, our elders, and workers, especially teaching elders (1 Timothy 5:17, 18; Galatians 6:6; Luke 10:7-10). We are helping our members grow in spiritual maturity. We believe that preaching the Gospel is the most important work on the face of the planet.
3. Applied Discipleship Course (ADC): ADC is a 12-week course with 12 large chapters. This course is designed for the Evangelist and Pastors. ADC lies at the heart of PAYRA’s mission and is vital in nurturing and equipping believers to grow in their faith. It goes beyond merely attending services; it involves intentional relationships, teaching, and modeling Christ-like behavior. ADC provides a framework for believers to deepen their understanding of Scripture, develop spiritual disciplines, and become equipped to impact our communities. By investing in discipleship, churches foster spiritual growth, strengthen relationships, and empower individuals to live out their faith meaningfully. Which has implemented fields in 23 different groups among 370 disciples. We are building our disciples through this program. Our discipleship program has been ongoing from the beginning. “Every disciple builds the disciples” is our motto.
4. Victims Support Cell (VSC): We are helping the persecuted and martyred families through VSC. We work for the people who are persecuted, Reprimanded, Tyrannized, Insulted, Dislodged, and Disgraced. We help them in several ways through prayers, spiritual development, practical support, Affidavits, and legal aid to the victims and families accused of false cases. We have an ongoing safe house for victims. We arrange seminars, and training and inform the people about the rights and responsibilities of law and justice. We also are lobbying nationally and internationally to inform the situation about Bangladesh. We arbitrated and dealt with persecution occurrences such as the physical beating of Christians, indiscriminating Christians from their own home even church-building efforts. We will give to the needs of the Christian poor (Micah 6:8; Galatians 6:10; John 12:8; Luke 10:30-37; Matthew 19:21).
5. PAYRA Orphan’s Shelter (POS): We are helping orphans. (Galatians 6:10) Our goal is to replace orphanages with families for every child dreaming of a home. POS believes that together, we can change the way we care for children and help to get them into stable, loving, nurturing environments. Thanks to you, we are currently seeing our methodology used in more than 100 orphanages in Bangladesh and are helping more than 1,500 vulnerable children and orphans to thrive. We believe in partnerships, and with generous gifts from people like you, we can make their dream of living with a family a reality.
6. Education and Moral Development Cell (EMDC): We are helping disadvantaged children and youths. We give to the needs of the Christian and non-Christian poor (John 12:8; Luke 10:30-37; Matthew 19:21) we will provide a Christian education through the EMDC. We are a tight-knit group of highly experienced professionals focused completely on adding value to Christian education. We are big enough to employ specialists that most schools can’t afford. EMDC is involved in various aspects of Christian Education, including the delivery of school support services, developing curriculum, and helping
homeschoolers. Therefore, the Goals for the EMDC are:
7. The PAYRA Scholarship Program (PSP): It is for Christian Young People and is based on the cooperation between the local churches for the Aid of Persecuted Christians and the Churches that pursue humanitarian activities in crisis areas. Secondary and Higher secondary programs are open to all applicants. Few applicants are getting the scholarship in the present phase.
8. PAYRA Trust Publications (PTP): We have a publication department working to distribute books, bulletins, and the constitution of Bangladesh.
We believe in the following statement:
1. The Bible has sixty-six books which considered the inspired, infallible, and authoritative word of God.
2. One God, eternally existing in three persons Father, Son, and Holy Spirit all are equal.
3. The Godhead of our Lord Jesus Christ, as manifested in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, vicarious and atoning death through the spilling of His blood, bodily resurrection, ascent to the Father’s right hand, and imminent return in strength and glory.
4. Through faith in Jesus Christ’s atoning death on the cross for sins committed, lost, and sinful people can find salvation as a free, undeserved gift.
5. The Holy Spirit’s regeneration is crucial for the ultimate salvation of lost and sinful people.
6. The present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled one to live a godly life and bring about their increasing likeness of Christ in their lives on earth.
7. The indwelling Holy Spirit is, also, the completer of the change into the likeness of Christ upon our death. This change is called glorification as explained in – 1 John 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.
8. The resurrection of the saved will result in life, while the resurrection of the lost will result in damnation.
9. The spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ and their eternal security.
We recognize that values cannot be legislated; they must be lived. No document can substitute for the attitudes, decisions, and actions that make up the fabric of our lives and work. Therefore, we covenant with each other, before God, to do our utmost individually and as corporate entities within the Partnership to uphold these Core Values, to honor them in our decisions, to express them in our relationships, and to act consistently with them wherever PAYRA is at work.
